By using Stillwater Click, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our courses, content, and related services. You must be able to form a binding contract with us. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of security.
- You may not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register.
Payments & Refunds
Prices are listed in USD. If a refund policy is offered for a course, it will be clearly stated on the course page.
Billing
- We accept major payment methods as presented at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected method for all purchases.
- Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for any such amounts where required by law.
- Subscriptions: If a course or feature is subscription-based, renewals occur automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be displayed on the course’s checkout page. Where offered, we process refunds to the original payment method.
- Chargebacks: Opening a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension. Please reach out so we can help.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform. Respect intellectual property and other users.
- No illegal activity, harassment, hate, or abuse.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing access controls.
- No sharing or reselling course materials unless expressly permitted.
- No uploading malicious code or interfering with platform operations.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of content and termination of accounts.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, branding, logos, and site materials are owned by Stillwater Click or our licensors and are protected by law.
- Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning.
- Unless expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
User Content
- By posting feedback or submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content for service operations and promotion.
- You represent you have the rights to submit any content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
Disclaimers
Courses provide educational content and are not a substitute for professional advice.
- The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that courses will meet your expectations or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillwater Click will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stillwater Click and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violating these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.
- Upon termination, your right to use the services will end immediately, and certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
Changes to the Services and Terms
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with an updated date.
- Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stillwater Click is established, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
